How the Challenge Works


"90 Days of consistent behavior will help to form a habit"



Step One:

Get Ready...


  • Sign Up for the 90 Day Wellness Challenge on the www.ourwellnesschallenge.com website

  • Set up your Profile information including photos and information that others would like to know about you. Have some fun with this as this feature will be your introduction with other team members and other participants in the Challenge
  • Step Two

    Get Set...


  • You will be assigned to a Team by the Wellcity Challenge Manager. Teams can consist of any number of members with a maximum of 20 members to a team. (THE CHALLENGE TEAMS HAVE NO REFLECTION ON THE STRUCTURE FOR THE BONUS MONEY AVAILABLE TO THOSE WHO QUALIFY DURING THE 90 DAY CHALLENGE)

  • The "Team Captain" assigned to your team will be responsible for communicating with each Team Member on a daily basis

  • Once your Team is established your Team Captain will be in touch to set up your Team Name and Team Colors

  • Communication with other members of your team will be available in a private Posting Wall

  • Communication with all members of the Challenge will be available on the Public Wall

  • All communication will be moderated by your assigned team of Professionals for clarity


  • Step Three:

    Go!

  • There will be THREE Categories which will require your Daily Logging of information. You will be required to get your daily logs posted online within a 7 day window. On day 8, you will lose the ability to post your daily log from 8 days prior. This is a rolling rotation and will continue to lock out after the 7 days.


  • -Activities Log
    -Strengthening Log
    -Nutrition Log

  • On the first day of the Challenge you will be prompted in your back office to fill in some vital information: Height, Weight, Gender, Inches, etc. This will be the template for how your progress is calculated and points are earned for your team. (Those who are at their ideal weight will be calculated and worked into the point system)

  • Access to videos for Strengthening will be available for you to view to help guide you through these exercises. You may pick and choose which you want to do, change them around, mix them up.

  • Your activities should include additional activities over and above what you are currently doing now such as "walking to work". You will be asked to do 3 different types of Activity per week and record the Type of Activity, The Level of Activity, and the Duration of the Activity. Remember, points are being accumulated based on the information that is logged in by each member of each team

  • Nutritionally you will be asked a series of questions each day. You will be asked to adhere to eating 3 servings of Vegetables per day, 2 servings of fruit per day and the correct water intake. All of these items will be outlined in detail for you in your back office

  • Team rankings will be posted daily as the scores tally. Scores are also tallied daily


  • Challenge End:

    All scores will be totaled and posted for each of the categories set up for competition.
    Prizes will be awarded to the Teams who achieve the most points.
    First, Second and Third Place prizes will be awarded to all active members of the winning teams.
